1 large ripe Banana
1 tsp Baking Powder
4 Egg Whites
Heat pancake pan/skillet to medium low
Blend all ingredients
Spray pan with non-stick spray/coat with oil
Cook each pancake until bubbles form
Cook on remaining side

30 g Carb (3 Fiber, 16 Sugar)
17 g Protein
I like to top pancakes off with Greek yogurt! You can also cook them with blueberries/ raspberries if you wish! You may top off with any syrup, fruit, PB , or peanut flour “syrup”, maple syrup, or honey/agave.
