Baked Spaghetti Squash

I tried spaghetti squash for the first time a couple weeks back, and fell in love!! It is SOOO easy and low in carbs! You can top the spaghetti squash off with something as simple as marinara sauce or put a homemade chili on top! Such as my skinny chicken chili! I have tries it with both, and I most definitely approve! I have also heard of cooking the spaghetti squash in the microwave, but I haven’t tried that yet.. Put here are the directions for roasting the squash!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Cut spaghetti squash in half
Take out the insides!
Sprinkle salt over the squash
Place the halves so the inside is facing up
Cook for 60 min!
Once cooked, let cool for 5 min
Use fork to string the squash into a spaghetti form!
