Low Carb Pizza Crust-Coconut Flour

Yes. I have perfected a recipe for coconut flour pizza crust! If you haven’t already heard, coconut flour is a gluten free flour that is low carb and very high in dietary fiber. I have experimented with coconut flour by creating waffles, pancakes, an muffins. I had been meaning to experiment making pizza crust and I finally got around to it!
makes 2 mini pizzas
1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
3 Egg Whites
1/4 Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
Onion and herb seasoning

(Don’t attempt to make a large pizza, make two mini pizzas because the large ones will break during the process of flipping)
Preheat oven to 375
Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper
Spray parchment paper with nonstick spray
Mix all ingredients
(Batter/dough should be thinner than regular pizza dough) spread/lather the baking mixture onto the sprayed parchment paper into 2 mini pizzas
Bake for 20 Minutes
Carefully flip the pizzas and bake another 10 Minutes
Add desired topping to the pizza and bake until the topping are ready(approximately 10 Minutes)

21 g Carb (13 Fiber, 2 Sugar)
18 g Protein
