Chocolate Pumpkin Creamy Pancakes

Here is a recipe for wonderfully moist pumpkin chocolate pancakes (you can’t taste the pumpkin). They are grain free and simply delicious.
Servings: 1
Recipe:
1/4 Cup Oats
3 Tbs Pumpkin Puree
2 Tbs Plain Greek Yogurt
4 Egg Whites
1 Tbs Unsweetened Coco Powder
4 packets Stevia
1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with a handheld blended
Cook on medium low heat on a pan sprayed with non stick spray or smothered in Coconut Oil
Once bubbles form, flip and repeat on second side
