Peach Cobbler-Coconut Flour

Recipe:
• 1 ripe Peach
• 2 Egg Whites
• 1 Tbs Unsweetened Almond Milk
• 1 Tbs Unsweetened Applesauce
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Extracts
• 2 packets Stevia
• 1/3 Tsp Baking Powder
• ¼ Tsp Cinnamon
• 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Spray baking dish with Non-Stick Spray
3. Slice Peach and lay on bottom of baking dish
4. Blend the remaining ingredients
5. Pour batter into dish and surround the peach slices
6. Let sit for 3 minutes
7. Bake for 25 minutes
