Mini Turkey Meatloaf

Serves 3
Recipe:
1 lb 93% Ground Turkey
1 Egg OR 2 Egg Whites
1/4 cup and 2 tbs natural ketchup
1/2 Small Onion(chopped)
3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1.5 tsp Salt
Black Pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
Mix ground Turkey, Eggs, 1/4 Ketchup, chopped Onion, Salt, Pepper,
Divide mixture into 3 mini loaf baking dishes,
Mix Worcestershire sauce and 2 tbs Ketchup,
Spread mixture on top of the surface of the mini loaves,
Cook for 40 mins

Maple Cinnamon Apple Crepes-Coconut Flour

Tonight’s #dessert was so delicious😋! I made “Maple Cinnamon Apple Crêpes! These are #coconutflour #crepes filled with a sweet and cinnamony soft apple mixture! Guys. I’m just so excited for fall!
Serves 1
Crepe Recipe:
• 4 Egg Whites
• 2 Tbs Coconut Flour
• ¼ Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
• ½ Tsp Vanilla Extracts
• 2 packets Stevia
Sweet Apple Filling Recipe:
• 1 packet Stevia
• ½ Tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Blend all Crepe ingredients
2. Let batter sit for 3 minutes
3. Cook Crepes (be carful because they are delicate)
4. Set Crepes aside
5. Thinly slice Apple
1. Toss sliced apple in Cinnamon and Stevia
2. Microwave seasoned apple for 1 minute
3. Fill Crepes with sweet cooked Apple mixture
4. Fold Crepes and top with more Cinnamon and warm Maple Syrup

Pumpkin Fluffy Coconut Flour Pancakes

Serves 1
Recipe:
• 6 Egg Whites
• 3 Tbs Coconut Flour
• 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder
• ¼ Tsp Ginger
• ¼ Tsp Nutmeg
• ½ Tsp Cinnamon
• 4 packets Stevia
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients
2. Spray pancake pan with Non-Stick Spray
3. Cook batter on medium low heat
Macros:

Fire Roasted Pepper Chicken Chili

I just love having a big old bowl of delicious chilly on cold Fall/Winter nights!!
Servings:2-4
Recipe:
1 can of white meat chicken(14.4 oz)(DRAINED)
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of diced tomatoes w/fire roasted peppers
Medium Chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
Cumin to taste
Salt to taste
2-3 packets stevia
Directions:
Cook chopped onions and garlic
Once onions are soft, add can of diced tomatoes w/fire roasted peppers,
Then add canned chicken and break up the chicken,
Stir,
Add tomato sauce, salt, cumin, and stevia

Dijon Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

I love this recipe for Pork Tenderloin and my mom has been making this for me ever since I was little! It’s also very delicious if you wrap the pork in uncured bacon or turkey bacon before roasting!
Serves 3
Recipe:
1 lb Pork Tenderloin
4 Tbs Dijon Mustard
Salt
Pepper
2 Tbs Rosemary
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Rub Pork with Dijon Mustard and top with seasoning
Roast for 25-30 mins
Thinly slice

Lemon Banana Cream Pie Fluffy Pancakes-Coconut Flour

This recipe is slightly adapted from my “Fluffy Coconut Flour Pancake Recipe”! These are lemony, fluffy, creamy and delicious! I topped the cakes with sf syrup.
Recipe:
• 6 Egg Whites
• 3 Tbs Coconut Flour
• 3 Tbs Unsweetened Applesauce
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder
• Vanilla Extracts
• 4 packets Stevia
• 4 drops Lemon Extracts
• 1 ripe Banana
• Directions:
4. Blend all ingredients
5. Spray pancake pan with Non-Stick Spray
6. Cook batter on medium low heat
7. Slice Banana
8. Layer and stack Pancakes with Banana
