Pumpkin Fluffy Coconut Flour Pancakes

Serves 1
Recipe:
• 6 Egg Whites
• 3 Tbs Coconut Flour
• 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder
• ¼ Tsp Ginger
• ¼ Tsp Nutmeg
• ½ Tsp Cinnamon
• 4 packets Stevia
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients
2. Spray pancake pan with Non-Stick Spray
3. Cook batter on medium low heat

18 g Carb (11.5 Fiber, 3.5 Sugar)
30 g Protein
