Double Chocolate Baked Donuts

Makes 12 Donuts
Recipe:
• 1 Cup White Whole Wheat Flour
• 30 Tsp Xylitol Sweetener
• 1.5 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
• 2 Egg Whites
• ¼ Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
• ¼ Cup Unsweetened Coco Powder
• ½ Tsp Baking Powder
• ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
• 12 blocks of Chocolate (Stevia sweetened)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Whisk ingredients except blocks of Chocolate
3. Spray Donut tin with Non-Stick Spray
4. Fill donut caves 2/3 full
5. Bake for 17 minutes
6. Let cool
7. Melt chocolate blocks on stove (on low)
8. Dip donuts in chocolate and set aside to let harden (put donuts in refrigerator to speed up hardening)

“Banana Bread Whole Wheat Muffins”😻😻🍌🍌. Man, these smell so delicious!! I had a few bananas that were getting a little overripe, so I decided to make some #muffins! These are super moist and super delicious! Oh and did I mention that they are low fat, sugar free, whole wheat, and only 100 calories per muffin!? Yep. How much better can it get😱!?
Makes 12 Muffins
Recipe:
• 1 Cup White Whole Wheat Flour
• ½ Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
• ¾ Cup Xylitol Sweetener
• 3 ripe Bananas
• 4 Egg Whites
• ¾ Tsp Baking Soda
• ½ Tsp Baking Powder
• 1 Tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Whisk all ingredients thoroughly
3. Line 12 muffin tins with liners
4. Distribute batter into cups evenly
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes

Low Fat/Sugar Free Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Makes 6 Cookies
Recipe:
• ¼ Cup White Whole Wheat Flour
• ½ Tbs Coconut Oil (melted) OR Butter
• 1 Tbs Unsweetened Applesauce
• 12 Tsp Xylitol Sweetener
• 1/16 Tsp Baking Soda (estimate)
• 3-4 Blocks Simply Lite Stevia Sweetened Chocolate (crushed)
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Extracts
• 1 Egg White
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Whisk all ingredients except Chocolate Chunks
3. Fold Chocolate Chunks into batter/dough (“dough” is thinner than traditional cookie dough)
4. Distribute batter equally on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper
5. Bake for 8-9 minutes

Fluffy Milk Chocolate Egg White Oatmeal

Fluffy Chocolate Egg White Oatmeal

Serves 1
Recipe:
• ½ Cup Rolled Oats
• ½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
• ½ Cup Water (for cooking)
• 4-5 Egg Whites
• Stevia to Taste
• 1 Tbs Unsweetened Coco Powder
Directions:
1. Cook Oats on Stove in ½ Cup Water
2. Bring Cooked Oats down to medium low heat
3. Add in Egg Whites and stir constantly
4. Once mixture starts to turn white and begins to fluff, add in almond milk, Coco Powder and Stevia
5. Stir Constantly
6. Allow egg whites to absorb milk while cooking (may take 7 minutes, so don’t be impatient and infer that they will never thicken)
7. Add in Sliced Berries or fruit and toppings of choice

31 g Carb (6 Fiber, 2 Sugar)
