Fluffy Chocolate Egg White Oatmeal

Serves 1
Recipe:
• ½ Cup Rolled Oats
• ½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
• ½ Cup Water (for cooking)
• 4-5 Egg Whites
• Stevia to Taste
• 1 Tbs Unsweetened Coco Powder
Directions:
1. Cook Oats on Stove in ½ Cup Water
2. Bring Cooked Oats down to medium low heat
3. Add in Egg Whites and stir constantly
4. Once mixture starts to turn white and begins to fluff, add in almond milk, Coco Powder and Stevia
5. Stir Constantly
6. Allow egg whites to absorb milk while cooking (may take 7 minutes, so don’t be impatient and infer that they will never thicken)
7. Add in Sliced Berries or fruit and toppings of choice

5 g Fat (0 Sat)
31 g Carb (6 Fiber, 2 Sugar)
20.5 g Protein
