Low Fat/Sugar Free Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Makes 6 Cookies
Recipe:
• ¼ Cup White Whole Wheat Flour
• ½ Tbs Coconut Oil (melted) OR Butter
• 1 Tbs Unsweetened Applesauce
• 12 Tsp Xylitol Sweetener
• 1/16 Tsp Baking Soda (estimate)
• 3-4 Blocks Simply Lite Stevia Sweetened Chocolate (crushed)
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Extracts
• 1 Egg White
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Whisk all ingredients except Chocolate Chunks
3. Fold Chocolate Chunks into batter/dough (“dough” is thinner than traditional cookie dough)
4. Distribute batter equally on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper
5. Bake for 8-9 minutes

13.5 g Carb (1 Fiber, 0.5 Sugar)-Xylitol Sweetener adds sugar alcohol carbs
