Double Chocolate Baked Donuts

Makes 12 Donuts
• 1 Cup White Whole Wheat Flour
• 30 Tsp Xylitol Sweetener
• 1.5 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
• 2 Egg Whites
• ¼ Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
• ¼ Cup Unsweetened Coco Powder
• ½ Tsp Baking Powder
• ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
• 12 blocks of Chocolate (Stevia sweetened)
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Whisk ingredients except blocks of Chocolate
3. Spray Donut tin with Non-Stick Spray
4. Fill donut caves 2/3 full
5. Bake for 17 minutes
6. Let cool
7. Melt chocolate blocks on stove (on low)
8. Dip donuts in chocolate and set aside to let harden (put donuts in refrigerator to speed up hardening)
9. Macros (w/0 Chocolate Coating):
65 Calories
0.5 g Fat (0 Sat)
17 g Carb (1 Fiber, 0.5 Sugar)-Xylitol Sweetener adds sugar alcohol carbs
2 g Protein

    1. Yes! 70 cals without the chocolate topping! And with the sf (stevia sweetened) milk chocolate they are 110 cals per donut!
