Skinny American Hamburgers

Skinny American Hamburgers
Serves 4
Recipe:
1 lb Ground Beef OR Ground Bison
1/4 Cup Organic Ketchup
3 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Cheese Slices (optional)
Whole Wheat Buns OR WW/Sprouted Bread Slices
Directions:
Whisk the Ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt, and Pepper together
Need the sauce mixture into the ground meat until well combined
Mold meat and sauce mixture into 4 patties
Cook on grill
Flip
Add Cheese (optional) and allow to melt

This preworkout supplement drink really boosts my energy level for my workout, and has a good taste. The flavor of the drink is similar to one of Blue Gatorade or a Blue Raspberry Dum Dum Lollipop! The flavor was quite good, but a bit strong (even when I added the most amount of water that was recommended). One thing that I’m not to keen on about this preworkout drink is that it is sweetened with aspartame (an artificial sweetener), which acts as a laxative when I consume it. Yet, this doesn’t occur with everyone’s body. To learn more about artificial sweeteners, you can purchase my (yet to be released) new Ebook. Overall, the drink is pretty good because of it’s desirable taste, and energy booster.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Buff Bake Muffins:
These muffins had a great taste, but were a bit dry due to being slightly overcooked. They had a bit of a texture due to the flaxseed, hempseed, and chia seeds. The muffins had a combination of a peanut butter taste, a coco taste, and a slight coconut taste (from the coconut flour). The muffins are very diet friendly and are low carb, completely organic, gluten free, and have great macros (nutritional info). These muffins are such a great snack to fill you up on the go. They are a great choice that provide a good taste, without you having to sacrifice the macros.

Chocolate Buff Bake Muffins:
These Muffins were so delicious. They had a cakey bottom with a fudgy top. The muffins had a pretty smooth texture, with the exception of some chia sees, hemp sees, and flaxseed. The muffins have great macros and are great for the health conscious, as well as for people with special diets. The muffins are low carb, organic, gluten free, and paleo. The taste of the muffins was mostly coco, but have the very slightest hint of coconut flavor (due to the coconut flour). I really enjoyed these muffins.

Low Carb and Gluten Free Chicken Tenders

Recipe:
Makes 3 Strips (serves 1)
Recipe:
3 strips of Chicken Breast (6-8 oz)
1/4 Cup Raw Coconut Flour
Chicken Seasoning (low salt herb blend)
6 Tbs Liquid Egg Whites
Coconut Oil or Light Butter
Salt
Directions:
Preheat griddle
Whisk Salt, Coconut Flour, Seasoning, and 2 Tbs Egg Whites Together
Soak Chicken Strips in remaining liquid egg whites
Cover place soaked Chicken Strips in Flour mixture
Make sure strips are fully covered
Melt Butter/Oil on griddle
Fry coated strips in Oil/Butter
Once sides are crispy (and the inside of the Chicken is no longer pink) the. Remove Chicken from griddle
NOTE:
If Chicken is crispy but not fully cooked, then place strips in the oven and bake until no longer pink.

Carrot Cake Fluffy Protein Pancakes

Served 1
Recipe:
4 Egg White (1/2 Cup Liquid)
2 Tbs Unsweetened Applesauce
2 Tbs Unsweetened Almond Milk (add more depending on consistency)
2 Tbs Coconut Flour
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (6 Tbs)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Packets Stevia
1/3 cup grated Carrot
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together,
Let batter sit for 3 mins (don’t skip),
Cook pancakes on medium low,
Flip when bubbles start to form,
Cook on seconds side.
