Balsamic Vinaigrette Roasted Carrots
Serves 4
Recipe:
10 (full size) multi colored Carrots
1 Tbs Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Skin carrots
Slice carrots (pretty thinly)
Toss carrots in oil, vinegar, and salt
Put seasoned carrots in oven
Toss every 10 mins
Roast about 40 minutes
