Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Pudding

Serves 2
1 cup Fat Free OR Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 containers (5.3 or 6 oz) Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbs Peanut Flour
2 Tbs Coco Powder
Stevia to taste
Powdered Graham Cracker
“Cream”(Blend) the cottage cheese until smooth
Add the Yogurt and Stevia
Blend until smooth
Split the “cream” in half
Blend 1/2 the cream with the Peanut Flour
Blend 1/2 with the Coco Powder
Layer the different flavors
Sprinkle Graham Cracker dust on top of pudding


Boston Cream Pie Pancakes

Serves 1
(Prepared) Vanilla Fluffy Protein Pancakes recipe or any other of my vanilla pancake recipes
1 Tbs 2 Tsp Coco Powder
4 Tbs FF OR low Fat Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Container (6 or 5.3 oz) Plain Greek Yogurt
2-3 Packets Stevia
Butter Extracts
1/2 a Graham Cracker

Stack the prepared Pancakes
Mix the Butter Extracts, Stevia, and Plain Greek Yogurt
Mix the Cream Cheese, Coco Powder, and Maple Syrup until smooth
Place Graham Cracker into Ziploc bag and smash with a spoon
Another “Butter Cream” (Yogurt) over pancake stack
Pour the Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing over the pancake stack

Chocolate Cookies and Cream Pancakes with Cream Cheese Icing

Serves 1 Recipe: (Prepared) Chocolate Fluffy Protein Pancake Recipe 2 Who New Chocolate Sandwich Cookies 4 Tbs Low Fat/FF Cream Cheese 1/4 cup Maple Syrup Directions: Stack the prepared Chocolate Pancakes Whisk the Cream Cheese and Maple Syrup together until smooth and creamy Place the Chocolate Sandwich Cookies into a Ziploc bag Crush the Chocolate Sandwich Cookies with a spoon Pour the Cream Cheese Icing onto the stack of Chocolate Pancakes Sprinkle the Cookie crumbs onto the top of the pancake stack



Side Dishes

Garlic Butter Mashed Cauliflower

Serves 4
1 Cauliflower Head
3 tbs Light Butter
Garlic Powder to taste
Salt to taste
Slice the Cauliflower Head and steam until very soft (about 15-20 minutes)
Drain the steamed Cauliflower thoroughly
Place the drained Cauliflower back into the pot
Add the Light Butter, Salt, and Garlic Powder

Key Lime Pie Pancakes with Cream Cheese Icing

Prepared “Vanilla Fluffy Protein Pancakes” recipe
1 Graham Cracker
1 contained (5.3 or 6 oz) Plain Greek Yogurt
Lemon OR Lime Extracts
2-3 packets Stevia
Neon Green food coloring
3 Tbs FF OR Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Maple Syrup

Stack the prepared pancakes and set aside
Combine the Greek Yogurt, Green Food Coloring, and Lime Extracts
Combine the Cream Cheese and Maple Syrup until smooth
Place Graham Cracker in Ziploc bag and Crush with a Spoon
Dollop the Lime “Fluff” onto the top of the Pancake Stack
Sprinkle the Graham Cracker Dust onto the stack
Pour Cream Cheese Icing onto the stack

Peanut Butter Fluff Apple Pie Pancakes

Serves 1
(prepare) Vanilla Fluffy Protein Pancake Recipe (or any other of my pancake recipes)
1 small Apple
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 container (5.3 or 6 oz) 0% plain Greek Yogurt
2-3 packets Stevia
2 tbs PB2 Powder

Slice the Apple and toss in spices (Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg)
Pour Maple Syrup over the tossed Apples and Spices
Microwave the Apple, Spice, and Maple Syrup for 45 Seconds
Stir the mixture and microwave for another 45 seconds
Set the Apple Mixture aside
Mix the Plain Yogurt, PB2 Powder, and Stevia together
Stack the prepared Pancakes
Dollop the Peanut Butter “Fluff” (Yogurt) onto the top of the pancake stack

This cookie has a great texture, and the taste reminds your of the holidays! The cookie has a soft and chewy texture with oats and cranberries that provide a texture. The taste is similar to a cinnamon raisin carrot cake. The macros for the cookie is outstanding (160 cal, 5 g fat, 26 g carb, 2 g protein).


The Cookie Department Awaken Bake (espresso cookie):
