Garlic Butter Mashed Cauliflower

Serves 4
Recipe:
1 Cauliflower Head
3 tbs Light Butter
Garlic Powder to taste
Salt to taste
Directions:
Slice the Cauliflower Head and steam until very soft (about 15-20 minutes)
Drain the steamed Cauliflower thoroughly
Place the drained Cauliflower back into the pot
Add the Light Butter, Salt, and Garlic Powder
