Grateful Graham Vegan Treats Reviews

Let’s just start out by saying that I love Grateful Graham products (judging from the ones that I have tried). Ever since I first discovered these delicious treats at a festival, they have been popping up everywhere (my local coffee shop and several grocery shops)!
These grahams are a perfect little treat (vegan friendly), and make a mean ice cream sandwich when paired with Trader Joe’s light Vanilla Ice cream! I’m sure the grahams would also be irresistible if used to make s’mores or smothered in a healthy icing (find icing recipes in my E-Cookbook; Link to purchase below).

Both the chocolate and the classic grahams have stolen my heart. The macros of the grahams are pretty good per graham [each graham being a good size being approximately 5’ by 2.25’] (153 Calories, 4.9 g Fat, 28.7 g Carbs, 1.8 g protein). The grahams have a a little firmness and chewiness, with a texture from the sugar/sprinkles on top. The grahams are freshly packaged and are made with minimal, all natural ingredients.

The flavor of the classic grahams isn’t too strong but has a delicious flavor of cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla. I surprisingly favored the classic grahams over the chocolate (I am a chocolate lover). The classic reminded me of eating a snicker doodle cookie, but with not as a defined flavor.
The chocolate flavored grahams were also very delicious and tasted like a chocolate, chewy cookie. They had a delicious flavor of cocoa and vanilla, with a hint of cinnamon.
Overall, I am a loyal supporter of The Grateful Grahams, chocolate and original/classic grahams and would most definitely recommend them to others! The link to the Grateful Graham website is below.

Your Tea Tiny Tea Review

First off, I had seen “detox” and “slimming” teas posted ALL over Instagram [go follow me @simplyffitandfabulous], and i was so curious to find out more about these “magical” slimming products. I started my research and stumbled upon a brand called Your Tea who had, had countless success stories and grateful customers for their detox plans (14 or 28 days).
When i received my Tiny Tea (the name for Your Tea’s detox Tea line) 14 day teatox it was wrapped in such a professional, cute cardboard box with pink tea bags on the inside.
The Tiny Tea teatox is claimed to cleanse the digestive system, reduce weight, ease bloating, increase digestion functionality, improve skin clarity, increase energy levels, and alleviate issues associated with food intolerances. The tea is made out of Chinese medicine herbs and is based upon Chinese medical principles. The tea also claims to be the only teatox on the market that doesn’t have a laxative affect. It is recommended that you eat healthily while on the teatox and following your finish.
I did notice a significant difference while taking the tea, and most of their claims were affects that I saw. The most pronounced affect that I noticed was the boost of energy. After taking the tea, I felt incredibly awake and lively, which really helped me have/maintain a positive attitude and have a great day. I also felt less bloated and didn’t have any stomach pains after eating a heavy meal. The tea stated the truth, in that it didn’t have a laxative affect. Although, I didn’t experience any significant weight loss, the tea overall really was helpful in many aspects and I would recommend it to others.

Thai Pumpkin Ginger Coconut Soup

Serves 4
Recipe:
2 Tbs Curry Paste
3 Tbs Ginger Paste
2 Cans Pumpkin
2 Tbs Lemon Grass Paste
4 Cups Vegetable Broth
1 Can Lite Coconut Milk
2 Tbs Xylitol Sweetener
Salt to taste

Directions:
Heat Curry Paste on medium heat until become runny and bubbly
Add ginger and pumpkin and whisk
Cook for 3 minutes until mixture starts to bubbles
Add vegetable broth and whisk
Add Xylitol and Coconut Milk
Whisk and cook for 3 mins

Skinny Mac and Cheese

Serves 1-2
Recipe:
1 Wedge Laughing Cow Reduced Fat Cheese (I used swiss)
2 slices Low Fat/Fat Free Cheddar OR American Cheese
1 Package Shiritaki Tofu Macaroni Noodles (8 oz)

Directions:
Rinse noodles in water, thoroughly
Strain and dry noodles thoroughly (I used a paper towel to absorb most of the moisture)
Place Noodles in bowl
Break out the Cube and and slices of Cheese
Microwave for 1 minute
Mix thoroughly

Entrees

Hearty Chicken Soup

Serves 4
Recipe:
1 can (10 oz) White Amish Chicken
1 Small Onion
10 large Carrots
10 Celery Stalks
5 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Stalk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Bay Leaf
Parsley
1 Tbs Coconut Oil

Directions:
Chop Onions
Heat Coconut Oil
Sauté Onions
Turn heat down to medium
Add Chicken Stalk
Add Seasonings
Chop Carrots and Celery
Add chopped Carrots and Celery and cover
Cook for 10 minutes
Add Chicken (with stalk chicken is canned with)
Breast up the chicken
Cook for 25 more minutes, stirring occasionally
