Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Serves 1
1/3 Cup Oat Flour OR Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extracts
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
3 Drops of Stevia
1 Egg White
2 Tsp Greek Yogurt OR Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 Cup Blueberries

Whisk all ingredients (except the blueberries) together
Fold in Blueberries
Cook Batter on greased griddle on medium heat
