Whole Wheat Pancakes 



Serves 1 Recipe:

  •  1/3 Cup Oat Flour OR Whole Wheat Flour 
  • 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extracts 
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon 
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder 
  • 3 Drops of Stevia 
  • 1 Egg White 
  • 2 TBS Greek Yogurt OR Unsweetened Applesauce OR Pumpkin Purée 

Directions: 

  • Whisk all ingredients (except the blueberries) together 
  • Fold in Blueberries Cook Batter on greased griddle on medium heat
