  • 1/2 Cup Oats (turned into oat flour in blender)
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 4 Egg Whites OR 2 Full Eggs
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extracts
  • 2 Tsp Xylitol (can sub with other sweeteners)

Whole Wheat Low Carb Pancakes 

 Recipe:

2 TBS White Whole Wheat Flour

1 TBS Coconut Flour

1/4 TSP Baking Powder

1 TSP Vanilla Extracts

4 Egg Whites

1/4-1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

4 OZ Plain Greek Yogurt

Stevia to taste
Cook on medium and grease pan before cooking!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Pancakes 

  
Recipe:

3 Tbs coconut flour

1/4Cup unsweetened almond milk/almond and coconut milk lend 

1/4 the baking powder

1 scoop Quest peanut butter protein powder

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce OR plain Greek yogurt OR pumpkin purée (used to make the pancakes moist)

4 egg whites

1tbs coco powder OR cacao powder

Directions :

Whisk all ingredients 

Heat nonstick skillet to medium low

Greece with coconut oil (can sub for another oil or a spray) 

Cook 1/4-1/3 cup of batter per pancake 

Flip when bubbles start to appear

Repeat

Oat Pancakes 

  

Serves 2

Recipe:

1 cup Old Fashioned Oats

2 Egg Whites

1/2 cup Milk (dairy or non dairy)

1 Stevia packet

3/4 Tsp Baking Powder

1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce 

(Optional) Bluberries or other fruit (to cook into pancakes)

Directions:

Blend first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth

Heat nonstick griddle to medium low

Oil the pan 

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle 

Add fruit if desired

Flip when bubbles appear

Cook until the pancake doesn’t have batter in the middle 

Repeat and enjoy!

  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder 
  • 3 Drops of Stevia 
  • 1 Egg White 
  • 2 TBS Greek Yogurt OR Unsweetened Applesauce OR Pumpkin Purée 

Directions: 

  • Whisk all ingredients (except the blueberries) together 
  • Fold in Blueberries Cook Batter on greased griddle on medium heat

Directions:

Fold in Blueberries
