Chocolate Covered Vanilla Baked Donuts

Chocolate Covered Vanilla Baked Donuts

Makes 12 Donuts
• 1 Cup White Whole Wheat Flour
• 30 Tsp Xylitol Sweetener
• 1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
• 2 Egg Whites
• ¼ Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Extracts
• ½ Tsp Baking Powder
• ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
• 12 blocks of Chocolate (Stevia sweetened)
10. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
11. Whisk ingredients except blocks of Chocolate
12. Spray Donut tin with Non-Stick Spray
13. Fill donut caves 2/3 full
14. Bake for 17 minutes
15. Let cool
16. Melt chocolate blocks on stove (on low)
17. Dip donuts in chocolate and set aside to let harden (put donuts in refrigerator to speed up hardening)
18. Macros (w/0 Chocolate Coating):
70 Calories
0.5 g Fat (0 Sat)
17 g Carb (1 Fiber, 0.5 Sugar)-Xylitol Sweetener adds sugar alcohol carbs
2 g Protein
